Sharon ReuterOctober 26, 2026Charles came for full AC check and he was great! He informed me of everything he was doing, every thing he checked and even took videos which he showed me. Very thorough and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended! This is the second repairman that has come to my house from Total Maintenance and both have been very impressive !Posted on Google
Stephanie MbeluOctober 19, 2026We called River City's Total Maintenance to service our air conditioner. Their customers service was great. It was easy to contact them even on Sunday. They sent Mike out the next day. He and his colleague were helpful and professional. I really liked that they sent a picture of their service provider before he got there. This is the most professional and easy to use company I have come across since be coming a property owner. They will be my first call from now on for any hvac, plumbing, or electrical maintenance on my properties.Posted on Google

Daniel RhodesOctober 13, 2026Total Maintenance is by far the BEST HVAC company we have ever dealt with. We needed to replace on over our AV condensers and "internal attic guts". Not only was the price they quotes the best by several thousand dollars their service techs were extremely professional. We are VIP club members and it's been the best monthly investment I have ever made. Finally, I found out they offer other services beyond HVAC. They will be added to our speed dial for future electric and pluming needs.Posted on Google
Devalle BourgeoisOctober 13, 2026Mike was very helpful in showing you what needs to be done to the unit down the line and he showed up at the time he said he was going to come.Posted on Google
Pat HageOctober 10, 2026I cannot say enough great things about Total Maintenance and our technician, Tim! He was absolutely awesome! He took the time to figure out what was really wrong with our air conditioner and got the problem solved! Another company, Southern, was going to charge us $3,700, but Total Maintenance fixed our issue for only $950! That’s a savings of $2,750! 🤯 Our AC is now running great, everything is clean, and we couldn’t be happier! Tim was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and truly knew what he was doing. It’s such a relief to find a company that does quality work without charging an arm and a leg! Thank you, Tim and Total Maintenance, for saving us over $2,500 and getting our AC back in shape! ⭐ Highly recommend! We will definitely be using Total Maintenance again!
